David Wilson with Carolina’s Choice Real Estate was my agent for selling my first house and WOW did he make selling a home such a breeze! I had no idea what I was doing as a first-time home seller, and to be honest buying my first house wasn’t the best experience! However, David was experienced, transparent, extremely professional, reliable through the whole process, and very personal! He never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. It was absolutely wonderful working with him and his Team. I’d have to say the best real estate company I have ever dealt with. My parents also used David Wilson with Carolina’s Choice Real Estate and his Team multiple times over the years. I highly recommend!!

While David did save us ALOT in commissions, they also gave us great service as well. David took PROFESSIONAL photos, gave us EXPERT advice on list price, and got our listing up in one day. David’s Team was pleasant, courteous, professional, and always very responsive. They kept us informed at every step in the process, and moved things along quickly. David sold our house in 2 days with multiple offers over asking price !!! This experience was refreshing! if you are searching for someone efficient , organized, good communicator , expert, problem solver through any part of the sell or purchase don’t hesitate and call David . I reached out to David to sell my townhome in Durham, NC, and had a great experience. I always feel that I pay too much for seller representation, but David's fees were extremely reasonable. For a small flat fee that saved me thousands of dollars, he did the following: inspects your property; makes suggestions for selling; investigates comparables and recent sales and discusses pricing with you; collects information on your property and lists it on MLS; provides front yard signage; and delivers and collects a lockbox. David was very responsive and professional. I really felt great about what I received. Although I did not select "full service" activities, David is also able to collect and negotiate offers, interface with buyers agents, handle home inspection lists and deal with attorneys. He is an outstanding representative of the industry.

We used Carolinas Choice Real Estate (https://carolinaschoicerealestate.com) to sell our home in Raleigh in mid-2022. They were outstanding to work with and we highly recommend them. Before choosing Carolinas Choice, I conducted a good amount of research to see who the best Realtor for us and our needs would be. I spoke with friends and got recommendations. Carolinas Choice stood out as the best decision - and it wasn’t even close. I spoke with David and then met with him at our home. David spent a good amount of time explaining the process, answering our questions, providing objective data regarding pricing, and providing great information on comparable homes in the area. We were concerned that, with a flat fee pricing structure, we were not going to get the representation that we expected. David allayed all our concerns and then some. David provided some “pro tips” that other Realtors didn’t. These tips allowed us to list our home at a price that we felt very comfortable. I won’t steal David’s thunder but ask him about reviewing your old appraisal rather than relying on builder-furnished square footages. When we saw our listing, we were impressed. David’s hard work and knowledge of what it takes to stage, photograph, and sell a home really paid off - our home-listing looked fantastic. We received a number of offers and, even during a long holiday weekend, Carolinas Choice tirelessly worked with us and the buyer’s agent. Our house went under contract quickly.
